Our Executive Board is the backbone of the organization, responsible for strategic planning, decision-making, and overseeing the implementation of our mission and vision. With diverse backgrounds in social work, education, healthcare, finance, and public service, our board members bring valuable insights and leadership to every project.

Advisory & Financial Oversight

To maintain transparency and compliance with statutory requirements, we work with an external accountant who oversees our accounts and ensures adherence to tax codes and financial best practices. This helps us operate with integrity and accountability.

Volunteers & Part-Time Staff

Our dedicated volunteers and part-time staff are the heartbeat of Shristi. They organize and execute programs, manage community outreach, generate public awareness, and provide hands-on support across all our initiatives. Many of them are professionals and students who share a common goal of giving back to society.
